15 Minute Analysis of a film

Shaun of the Dead starts off with the companies involved in the making and distribution of the film being shown

Afterwards an establishing shot of the main character can be seen, which immediately involves the audience into the film
Then, the other characters in the film are introduced, which lets the audience develop emotions and attachments to these characters as they are shown in the beginning of the film.

After which the title sequence begins

A tilt shot is then used to, as well as the shadow being seen on the ground to create a sense of fear

Some sweep transitions are then used to go in between certain toilet accessories quickly which creates a sense of realism for the film

Later on in the film, there are certain parts that will come back nearing the film's end, such as this part above with the directional shooting that comes back when they are being attacked in the Winchester
There are also hints into the story of the film which can be heard during a slight radio announcement whilst Shaun is walking down to the shop
